2008年11月4日 · BUY A GENUINE MOTORCRAFT PCV VALVE. IT IS WORTH THE EXTRA FEW BUCKS. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO COMPARISON. I bought a motorcraft pcv a few years ago for my wife's windstar. opened the box, took a look at it, and within a week, I had replaced the PCV in the bronco. So completely worth the few extra bucks.

2017年4月30日 · The actual PCV valve was plugged into a rubber grommet in the top of the cap. Clean filtered air was sourced at an elbow on the bottom of the air cleaner and routed to the passenger side valve cover at another elbow. This hose is 5/8" diameter. Earlier Broncos with no EGR had the PCV nipple on the back of the carb spacer.

When the engine is running, manifold vacuum unseats the valve allowing crankcase vapors to enter the intake manifold.
