Busisiwe Mavuso (born 1977 or 1978) is a South African businesswoman and the chief executive officer of Business Leadership South Africa. Before her appointment to that position in July 2019, she was the chief executive officer of the Black Management Forum between 2016 and 2017.

Busisiwe Mavuso is a Chartered Certified Accountant, CCA, qualified with Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA –UK) and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Leadership, a Postgraduate Qualification in Management from GIBS and a B. Compt in Accounting from the University of South Africa (UNISA).

Busisiwe Mavuso (Non-Executive Director) is the Chief Operations Officer of Business Leadership South Africa and a member of its board since November 2017. She was previously the Managing Director of the Black Management Forum (BMF), an organisation she was with since May 2009.
