The C4 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 was first produced in 1990 and ended in 1995 after 6,939 vehicles came off the line. General Motors approached Lotus in 1986, which was part of GM then, and asked for their help developing a high-performance car to be based on the C4 Vette.

2001年12月12日 · As to maintenance, the Callaway TT is by far easier to maintain than a ZR1. Removing the oil issue, you can get parts easier for the TT than the LT5. Also costs are higher for the ZR1 parts on average. Both cars are great vehicles but as stated drive differently. TT is a torque beast... The ZR1 is a RPM monster.

2005年1月22日 · The ZR1 offset is fine for a 84-87 vette but will stick out further out board on a 88-96 vette where the GS offsets is correct for the later 88-96. So where the +50 offset 11 wheel sticks out about 1/2 inch on the 88-96 models the 36.6 11" wheel will stick out even more.

2002年11月15日 · I weighed my OE Concept ZR1 17"x9½" replicas today (no tire, just the rim) and I came up with a weight of 29lbs. Now, the factory 87 Z52 wheel (16"x9½") comes in at a trim 26lbs. So there you have it folks, the ZR1 rims only weigh 3lbs more than the factory 84-87 Z51/2 rims. (I would image the 8½" ones weigh a bit less.) :cheers:
