冠状动脉旁路移植 （coronary artery bypass graft，CABG）又称 心臟繞道術 、 冠状动脉搭桥，简称 搭桥，是用移植血管在主动脉及 梗阻 的 冠状动脉 远端建立血管通路的外科手术。 此移植血管称为 血管桥[1] 或 桥血管[2]，其绕过狭窄或阻塞的冠状动脉部位，沟通主动脉及冠脉远端，以改善心肌血供和减少发生 心肌梗死 的概率。 冠脉搭桥属于缓解 心绞痛 、治疗 冠状动脉疾病 、减少冠心病死亡风险的手术之一。
