Models include the Moto Martin CBX and the KZ900 Turbo. At the time CBX 1000cc six-cylinder engines were relatively plentiful so the kit was quite popular. Not only was the Moto Martin a good deal lighter than the somewhat bloated standard Honda CBX, it also handled well. He also produced frames for Laverda twins and triples.

2008年1月1日 · The early model CBX frame is plenty good as is for a stock motor and hp up to 115hp or so (my view). There are those that have road raced CBX with very high hp engines …and they used modified CBX stock frames.

The CBX was turned into a “Sport Tourer”, complete with fairing and saddle-bags. The rear suspension was now a center single air shock “Pro-Link” configuration with a box profile aluminum swingarm.

Frame The original frame of the Honda CBX is not known for its strength and stiffness, especially with the super fragile front fork, high speed corners are only for riders with a big heart! Because this build needed two single side mounted wheels, the frame needed some serious reinforcement.

I have always been a CBX fan and I like custom cafe racers. Spondon is a custom frame builder in the UK. They only built 12 of these frames so it is rare.
