MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- Members of the 35th Logistics Readiness Squadron cargo deployment function load equipment onto a C-17 July 21 on the flightline. The equipment will support the 13th Fighter Squadron and 35th Maintenance Group while deployed to Alaska for exercises Distant Frontier and Red Flag.

Run by the 366th Equipment Maintenance Squadron, the cargo line is responsible for getting everything from tool boxes to vehicles to the deployed location.
