Manchester Metropolitan University is the consortium lead for the Centre for Digital Innovation (CDI), a programme funded through the nationwide £100m Government Innovation Accelerator. Along with partners the Universities of Manchester, Salford and Lancaster, the Greater Manchester Colleges Group and industry partners, the consortium will:

Manchester Met leads on the CDI programme, driving capacity building and co-hosting the community outreach to help businesses transform, innovate and become more commercially viable by harnessing digital technologies. They provide technical assistance around specialist subjects of AI, Cyber, Industrial Digitisation and Immersive Technologies.
