BF457C/CC/W from the C-Tec range is an ActiV Conventional ‘C Class’ Base VAD which comes with a voice sounder. It has superb sound intelligibility and is IP21C rated.

The C-TEC-BF456C-CC-W is an ActiV Conventional Base Visual Alarm Device (VAD) with an integrated 96dB(A) sounder. Third-party certified to EN54-3 (Sounders) and EN54-23 (VADs), it provides reliable performance and safety. The device offers ‘C-3-8.5’ light distribution, ensuring a minimum of 0.4 lux

The BF456C/CC/W base sounder VAD offer low current consumption, high sound output, high efficiency VADs, 31 selectable primary tones with selectable secondary tone set, two selectable volume levels and three selectable VAD flash rates.

The Compact range of addressable, loop-powered, devices includes sounders, visual alarm devices (VADs) and combined sounder VADs. They are designed for indoor use with C-TEC’s ZFP/XFP and other Apollo Discovery compatible fire panels. Their purpose is to visually and audibly alert building occupants of a fire alarm.
