House of Delegates meetings begin at 4:45 p.m. Beginning at 4:15 p.m., officers will hold a Question and Answer period, during which no official business will be conducted. All CTU members, including delegates, will need to present a photo ID to enter. All CTU members are welcome to attend as Visitors.
