2024年5月13日 · Teachers of Arabic, Chinese, Korean and Russian, cabin leaders and staff are ready to launch the pre-camp virtual activities for Startalk Camp OFLA 2024. If you are wondering why you didn’t see much advertising about this year’s camp, camp registration closed two weeks after opening in January.

We learn language in small class settings. Then we practice language by cooking, dancing, singing, playing sports, hiking, and making arts and crafts. We sit by language to eat our meals and we sleep in cabins by language. In the evening we share culture from all the languages through campfires, games and special guests.

2024年10月19日 · For 20 years, our innovative overnight elementary language camp has been at the forefront of early language education, not only in Ohio, but across the United States.

Campers will join us at Camp OFLA 2025 from June 8-14 to engage in real life language as they attend lessons, engage in cultural activities, sing, make arts and crafts, as well as taste cultural dishes, hike, swim and play games. They will play with the language in fun ways that enhance their proficiency and cultural knowledge.

2025年1月8日 · Camp OFLA, sponsored by the Ohio Foreign Language Association, is Ohio's only elementary, residential language camp for students in grades 3-8. Languages offered in 2025 are French, German, Japanese, Korean, Russian and Spanish.
