As she is now making more caramel, I’m looking to learn about just what makes a great caramel cooking pot. It should be of some decent size, as she might want to produce a fair quantity at a time. Online videos say to use a "Heat Resistant" container and they show what looks like a silicone measuring cup with a spout and a handle, but I can't find anything like that to buy.
