My steering and everything works fine. While it was working, I would have to shut off the tractor to disconnect the PTO shaft, after having the PTO engaged.

The cab mounts get old and soft, a bit like me, and the cab settles down resulting in gear linkages out of adjustment. Enough settling and stronger and stronger action on the range change lever and bent linkage may be the result.

I know the white ones are the newer models, and I have heard the only major difference is the older brown/tan models have rods for gears, and the newer white models have cables for gears, also heard the rods are better than the cables.

2011年2月18日 · I don't have a 970 but it shouldn't be to hard to figure out. You should have 2 levers the same. You figured out one of them. Chances are the hose needed replacing anyways. The 3-point lever may have a knob where you can set how far you want the 3-point to lift. It may have a rail with numbers on it. You can go into case.com and get into a ...
