The City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) of Ormoc City is dedicated to safeguarding lives and property through comprehensive disaster risk reduction strategies.

The CDRRMO has four (4) sections: (a) Office of the DRRM Office; (b) Office of Administrative and Training; (c) Office Research and Planning; and (d) Office of Operations and Warning.

Jan 16, 2025 · To enhance disaster management capabilities, the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) will be holding more trainings and Simulation Exercises (SIMEX) this year. CDRRMO Training Division acting head Lyndon Ancajas told the City Information Office that Dabawenyos should expect additional trainings this year.

City Mayor Beng Climaco convened the 2nd Monthly Zamboanga City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ZCADAC) Meeting and co-presided by CDRRMO Dr. Elmeir E. Apolinario as its Secretariat last February 28, 2019 at the ZCDRRMC Conference Room, this City.

Sets the direction, development, implementation and coordination of disaster risk reduction and management programs within the Baguio City’s territorial jurisdiction.

Formulate and implement a comprehensive and integrated CDRRMO in accordance with the national, regional, and provincial framework and policies on disaster risk reduction in close coordination with the local development council’s (LDCs).
