Our focus is on prevention and early help. Our self help tools and resources library is a self service approach to help you get the right help and support.

Children and Family Health Devon provides children’s health services across Devon. The service is an alliance of local NHS providers led by Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust in partnership with Devon Partnership NHS Trust, Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust, Northern Devon NHS Trust and Livewell SouthWest.

Our Community Child Health team is made up of specialist doctors and nurses. We work with children and young people with a range of difficulties and disabilities. We provide diagnosis, treatment, ongoing support and monitoring to children and young people in our care.

Children and Family Health Devon (CFHD) have developed a pathway that supports children and young people in Devon (excluding Plymouth) which helps children and young people in Devon (excluding Plymouth) with neurodevelopmental conditions. This includes assessments for Autism, and for ADHD (when there are co-existing mental health needs).
