Cho Tae-yul (Korean: 조태열; born 10 November 1955) is a South Korean diplomat who has been serving as Minister of Foreign Affairs since 9 January 2024. [1] Cho graduated from Seoul National University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Laws degree. In 1983, Cho completed the Foreign Service Programme at the University of Oxford.
