We use only stratified wire, and the nasty film, mostly by-pruducts of the metal kerfs and the burned wire gets into every crevice. Years ago, Charmilles told us to use an acid based cleaner like Limeaway, but lately they seem to have backed away from that statement.

2016年2月11日 · clr or lime-a-way work well. AC 500 is specifically for EDM machines. I never put diamond guides in an ultrasonic cleaner. If you have a charmilles or an Agie i would not recommend it.
