ACOG stands for (Advanced Combat Optical Gunsight)... Which didn't help me find anything on the reticle customization screen. What I used was the VLK 3.0x OPTIC on my favorite assault rifle (I used the Grau 5.56) and it counts toward officer progression. Just make sure they are "longshots" and you're good to go!
