6 天之前 · I had a 1976 CAL 2-29 and it was the best boat I ever had. It was well built, solid glass, and spacious. Diesel too. I won many races. It is still going strong in a local marina. The best part is I have seen them for sale for about $5K. Spend another $5K for new rigging and upholstery and you will have a boat good for another 50 years.

2017年1月16日 · Hm, maybe that is the secret why it works for you: Comet cleanser. This is a mild abrasive and I also don't know what else is in there. I have never used something like that on the deck, or elsewhere on the boat (maybe on a dirty pot in the sink ). The only products I have ever applied to the deck are Simple Green (rarely) and Woody Wax.

A relatively narrow boat with a good B/D a deep draft (2.30) and a big stability that is the opposite in design conception of the also new Tartan(and the CC121). I like a lot more this one.
