Now Cooler's base is 123,000,000, so we just divide. 470,000,000 / 123,000,000 = 3.82113821, or rounded up, only 4x Base (keep the unrounded multiplier if you want the 'exact' numbers, though (123,000,000 x 4 won't give 470,000,000, basically)).
