8/30/19 - This is a WW2 era, OSS expandable steel spring baton with a leather handle and rope lanyard. The lanyard looks old and has yellowed with age. The ends have tape that also appears aged / feels old. The metal handle is about 6 inches with 0.2 inches of a rounded "pommel".
