EDGE COVID-19 is a standardized web-based workflow for automated reference-based genome assembly of SARS-CoV-2 samples. The workflow accommodates Illumina or Oxford Nanopore Technologies data, performs read mapping and provides static and interactive figures/graphs to explore quality and any discovered SNPs, Variants, Gaps, and indels.
