2024年11月15日 · I applied CRBA via their online portal last May 2024 and got our appointment last June 2024 at US Consulate in Cebu. I was asked for more information last July 2024. I sent them around September 2024. Since then, the status of my application has been, Pending Adjudication. Just today, November 2024, it says, Shipped to Embassy/Consulate.

2012年4月24日 · You cannot file a CRBA, N600, or N600K because your son as no claim to US citizenship. You do not need to legitimize your child under Philippines laws in order for him to immigrate to the US. You MUST file an I-130 for you son.
