2021年3月27日 · I'm sure getting a CRF450R street legal in CA is discussed before and can't remember what the rules are but unless someone else confirms, I'd check with the DMV first to make sure a closed competition bike even with lights etc can be plated/insured before you start the conversion process. Otherwise how are you planning on riding on a street IE Supermoto or say a DS bike to get to the trails?
