The first thing I did was add an 8 Power (and I think kept the PSX-R on the 8vs2 acting as a pre Amp), but within a few months added another PSX-R to the 8 Power.

2011年6月22日 · None of these seem to be current models, but an alleged new Cyrus 8VS2 is selling for £700 on Ebay. The Epos 12.2 are bookshelf speakers, and again, I can't be sure where they stand beyond being generally good speakers. The Spendors are also a bookshelf speaker with a hefty price tag of £2295 from the only source I could find on a quick search.

2021年11月8日 · I like the idea of the Rotel's bluetooth streaming, but obviously haven't heard the amp. I suppose, having been used to the Cyrus 2 for all these years, I may be biased towards the Cyrus sound. I also had a listen to an Audiolab 8000s and preferred the Cyrus. FYI, the phone stage for my MC cartridge is a Project Phono Box II. cheers John

2009年8月10日 · The 8vs2 shorted because of frayed speaker cabling which I was fiddling with on set up following the house move. I think it would be an easy fix but, if they even accept it, Cyrus will charge £330 for the repair. Thanks in advance. Edit: it’s worth mentioning that I am also looking to finally buy a Rega Planar 1 with CA 540p phono for vinyl fun.
