2020年3月6日 · Just joined the club! Great sounding amp, really enjoying it. I'm playing it through my Marshall 4x12 with G12M-25 55Hz blackbacks, so I assume it isn't the ideal cab for this amp. It is undoubtedly a versatile, great-sounding amp. Touch-responsive, great clean and distortion. Very tweakable, took awhile to dial it in. A couple observations: 1.

2020年3月31日 · This amp is actually single channel but it has a switchable OD stage and uses an OD level control to keep the volumes in sync. The versatility would make this amp great for studio work or playing in multiple bands with different styles. It doesn't seem to be a particularly loud 50 Watts either.

2008年6月13日 · Because of this thinking, using speakers of a higher power rating is like carrying insurance. My non-expertise says double it; 15 watt amp=30 watt speaker. The real trick however is to find a musically compatible (amp/speaker) set-up that suits the delivery of your repertoire.

2025年2月2日 · And when I compare "gain" , I'm talking about the same amp settings for the gain, just switching guitars. The BG1400 requires the amp gain to be increased to equal that on the DGT pickup (or my Rio Grande Muy Grande single coil bridge pickup, at 8.5K, for that matter.)
