2021年2月21日 · Thus I mostly prefer solo-undersized pug or zerg play. I'm mostly looking at a caster with AE capacity for its power in zergs plus the fact those classes tend to be self-sufficient and good farmers. Interested in either Hib or Alb. Would prefer a realm whose PUG leadership is active during US primetime for raids etc.

DAoC used to be divided into at least 4 big communities. EN, FR, DE (GER) and US. Since DAoC is open RvR with no real tasks other than earn RPs and dont lose your relics, the community will sort of form their own rules or playstyles. I noticed a pretty huge difference between EN servers and German servers back in the days.

It’s the only way for someone to play an uninterruptible ranged class in DAoC and is newbie friendly. Good for Zerg surfing and small man. Post edited by Sym on July 2018

2024年3月20日 · Most RVR is zerg, so class doesn’t matter too much. It’s fairly easy these days. The 8man groups have all quit the server so the only group action going is very casual. Almost all of the RvR is via zergs, ie big battle groups, where it truly doesn’t matter what class you play or how good you are.

2022年10月31日 · Solo a dude while you're in a BG with 100 people? Your ARPEES are going to get divided by 100. Only give keep/tower capture RP's to the group with the most damage done. That will definitely make people twice about zerging. Right now you can semi-afk zerg keeps and towers, as long as you hit the lord once you get full RP's.

Currently, macro groups are not allowed to be played in any pure RvR area such as New Frontiers or the battlegrounds, regardless if they are fighting monsters or players. You are allowed to play a macro team in mixed areas such as Darkness Falls or Passage of Conflict, and not limited to only fighting monsters there.

Fight with DG vs Alb zerg ...was a nice fight and we had a lot of fun^^
