2020年10月15日 · Well, I recently got a DBAL A3. I could have purchased a MAWL, but that would have meant that other things that I wanted to purchase in the interim would have been delayed. The thing I liked about the A3 is that its visible laser co-aligns with its IR laser making daylight zeroing and zero confirmation a relatively simple affair.

2020年1月22日 · Every video I see the ATPIAL C illuminator looks damn near useless past 25-50 yards. The DBAL D2 looks huge, and the DBAL A3 is the same price as the D2 but with split performance between D2 and ATPIAL. I also considered something like a DBAL I2 and use a SF M300V, but the white light lumens is less than a pistol light. I’m so torn.

2022年3月25日 · Below is a Dbal A3 Civi slaved to a Luna ELIR-3. Robert at JRH can get you the Dbal A3, Luna ELIR-3 and the Luna Surefire Adapter. Then you would need 2 Surefire DS00 switches (one for Luna, one for White Light) then get 2 Taps Sync Switch's. One slaves the A3 to the Luna, and one slaves the A3 Vis Point Overide Port to the White Light.

2015年2月5日 · While I'm not M-Aurelius, I made the choice for the DBAL-A3 for the following reasons: A dual-power green visible laser (1mW low & 5mW high). A dual-power IR aiming laser (.2mW low & .7mW high). A dual-power IR illuminator (2mW low & 4mW high). An adjustable IR illuminator. The ATPIAL-C has none of these features.

2021年9月18日 · The DBAL A3 features a visible override port that allows you to fire the visible laser while the device is set on IR. Otherwise, without it you have to manually move the selector to switch from IR to vis. I highly recommend the new TAPS SYNC DBAL to take full advantage of both ports with one pressure pad.
