2014年12月13日 · I use mine (224 Model II) to reduce noise and increase dynamic range in an old Audio Pulse Model One (early digital time delay system). You compress signal via the 224, process it thru the Model One, then return it to the 224 for expansion back to normal dynamic. The Model One goes from barely usable to quite good due to the 224, IMO. John

2017年5月6日 · Well--sorry to disappoint--I finally found my DBX 224 manual, and it is indeed the one for the second generation with the power switch; however, it has notations regarding that it is the same in operation as the original unit with no power switch, so the previous posts regarding compatibility are indeed correct.
