Frieza (フリーザ Furīza, lit. "Freeza") is a major antagonist in the Dragon Ball franchise. He is the descendant of Chilled, the younger son of King Cold, the younger brother of Cooler and the father of Kuriza.

Between Jaco and Dragon Ball Z. In the manga, Frieza killed King Vegeta without having to transform into his second form. Frieza destroyed Planet Vegeta after a month had passed, as he had planned.

Nearly all of the Frieza Saga takes place on the planet Namek. The main plot is the long-awaited battle between Goku and Frieza, with Krillin, Gohan, Piccolo and Vegeta taking on the tyrant first with little success. In Japan, this saga aired in 1991. In the U.S., it aired in 1999. This is the first part of US season 3.

Sometime after the events of his revival and death, Frieza is asked by Goku to join the Universe 7 team for the Tournament of Power hosted by Zeno. He's given a 24-hour pass into the mortal realm thanks to Fortuneteller Baba and is completely revived once again by Whis after assisting in Universe 7's victory.

Frieza (フリーザ, Furīza) is a villainous character in the Dragon Ball manga and the primary antagonist of the Resurrection 'F' arc in Dragon Ball Super anime. After his defeat at the hands of Trunks, Freeza has been in Hell ever since. Freeza, who is locked in the cocoon hung on the tree, is being tormented by the Angels of Hell's optimism.

Frieza has spent years as the unchallenged strongest fighter in the Universe. As such he developed an extremely lazy fighting style, often relying on extremely powerful Ki Blasts to quickly destroy weaker enemies. Intially Frieza would rarely leave his hover chair to dispatch enemies, and has developed extremely powerful Ki techniques as a result.

After learning of the Dragon Balls, Frieza races to Planet Namek in order to track down the magic orbs and wish for his own immortality. Without even death to fear, Frieza will become a truly unstoppable force of evil!
