2010年11月27日 · PTO power to a pto type winch can get real expensive in a hurry. Sooner or later you will back the tractor against a tree and start winching. If the log hangs on a large root, the weakest link in the equipment will break.

I have two questions at the moment. #1- I plan on driving it using a belt. Will a double belt be enough to handle it under power? #2- What size pulleys do I need? 2-1/2" on the head and 6-7" on the PTO drive side?

Where can I get parts like... 4:1 (approx ratio) serpantine belt pulleys. 1 3/8" 6 spline shaft that the pto shaft will drive. 1 3/8" pillow block bearings for the shaft above. Pointers from anyone who has done this!

2018年4月19日 · I have seen a direct drive rear PTO to run both a 42 hydro tiller and a rear drive alternator. You could get the front 1/2 of the PTO that has the shaft and coil assembly and make the parts after that. But at the end of the day - you should think about selling your current tiller and use that money to by a rear drive tiller.
