2006年11月27日 · It's been years since I've posted here, but for the sake of someone else looking for a DIY project for a cheap V8 ITB set-up, check out the LS1 Tech page in which I fabricated a set-up using a highly modified aftermarket intake, some Chrysler LHS throttle bodies (Holley 48MM), and some home fabrication and welding.

The idea of this project was to create simple and affordable set of individual throttle bodies that can be easily adjusted to suit the needs of everyone. The ITBs are fabricated from individual parts that are assembled and welded in the end. The material used can be steel or aluminum, depending on the preferences and availability of material.

2021年3月6日 · Intake manifold, fuel rail and electronic throttle already removed to replace with a cable driven ITB assembly. Non-standard injectors; Vacuum system removed entirely, won't need vacuum in my car. The stock engine uses vacuum actuation for the variable length intake manifolds and the exhaust air injection system.

2017年1月19日 · The home-made ITB set-up works great. Uses the Holley EFI self learn management, and I utilize speed density metering (not Alpha-N as so many said I should). I got it close as possible without a dyno, and then had the dyno guys finish it up.

It has a voltage scaler that allows you to run non factory TPS sensors and still be able to drive them as if it were a stock TPS. This is what you do: 1). Splice the harness from the suzuki TPS into the Honda TPS harness.
