USS Van Voorhis (DE-1028) was a Dealey-class destroyer escort, was a ship of the United States Navy named for Commander Bruce Van Voorhis (1908–1942), a naval aviator who was awarded the Medal of Honor posthumously for action in the Eastern Caroline Islands.
