For example in high humidity 80% or more and 70F outside could be a perfect candidate for carb icing! As far as structural icing you necessarily have to be in a cloud. We can only turn off ice protection on the plane, sending the standard command, exactly like in P3D, where even if we could write to weather variables, the wasn't any icing simulation.
