In November of 2018, Jean-Jacques Grossi and Akbar Matinkhah open Délice French Bakery and Café. The mission was to create pastries and cakes that brought a taste of France to the Salt Lake Valley. Chef Jean-Jacques Grossi started cooking and baking at a young age in the South of France, moving to the Greater Salt Lake area in 1977.
