Donatello is the most DIO-like of the kids, so I can totally see him love DIO or at the very least the idea of him. Ungalo would probably dig the idea of being his son, but if he were to meet him I guess he'd be scared shitless, he'd suck up to his dad but maybe more out of fear or security rather than self-interest or actual love.
