Cloning is much more precise than copying, it transfers an image of the disk so that it can still boot and run as normally as the original - better if you're transferring it from a HDD to an SSD which is almost twice as fast.

When you drag the partitions to the target drive, it places a Drive Tools link below each, click on that and change the size to fit. This would move over the Recovery partition in a way that doesn't lose it's bootability.

2023年9月22日 · The clone ssd just refuses to boot. I deleted all of its partitions and started from the beginning and the same thing happened. Then i tried it AGAIN and still nothing. I then tried to just clone the system files and it still wont boot, the drive though is recognized if i plug it in as an external drive. No matter what I do it just wont boot!
