Our Executive Lounge is open Monday through Friday for Continental Breakfast 6:30am to 10:00am, Drink Service from 5:00pm to 9:00pm with an appetizer service from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. The lounge is open throughout the day excluding weekends with serve yourself beverages (non-alcoholic) and light snacks.

The Executive Lounge is on the first floor besides the check in desk. I would think you could certainly access it while he is in meetings. I imagine all guests staying in his room could. Ground floor, very convenient. Room key gets you in. Get an answer from Hilton Nashville Downtown staff and past guests.

The downtown nashville lounge is pretty underwhelming. You have to pay for alcohol! But at least it's half the price you'd pay anywhere else downtown or the hotel bar.

This lounge is open most of the day and night and is a place where you can relax, have something to drink and have some snacks. There is normally a happy hour or two during the evening during which there might be extra drinks and extra hot snacks.
