The Doise is just a recolour of The Noise, and as such you'll find the sprites for that in The Noise's archive (you'll have to recolour them yourself), similarly the only sprite for Peddito is located in that same archive because it'd be pointless to make it its own submission.

More likely that Doise is an Interdimensional being and Pizzahead pulls out Doise’s from old realities (The ones where Doise gets unalived by Peddito) while Noise can enter any of the infinite realities where Doise isn’t dead by Taunting 3 Times in front of the boss door.
