Use Pressure Spike on the cloud and it turns back into Necrofire - BUT its duration has changed from infinite to 2 turns. That being said you only need 3 max in Act 1, 4 by late Act 2, and 5 probably somewhere in mid-late act 5. Alternatively you could go with 0 and just run go to a vendor once in awhile to identify your stuff.

No matter how much wits your party members have, an enemy will always get at least every other turn when you don't outnumber them.
