Law Centre I pioneered Faculty Development Programmes in the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. It conducted the first Faculty Development Program in the year 2006 for its newly appointed teachers. In 2007, another FDP “Mainstreaming Gender in Legal Education” was conducted under the leadership of teachers from Law Centre I by the Faculty of Law.

Campus Law Centre fondly known as CLC is one of the premier legal education centers of the country. It was established in 1922, under the aegis of University of Delhi in its foundation year. In 1975, the day classes of LL.B. of the Faculty of Law were rechristened as Campus Law Centre.

It is situated in the north campus of the University of Delhi and has more than 130 teachers and about 7000 students at present including LL.B., LL.M., and Ph.D. students. [2] The Faculty of Law operates through three centres within its campus, namely, Campus Law Centre, Law Centre-I and Law Centre-II. The Faculty of Law was established in 1924.
