2015年11月26日 · The major difference is that E6000 sets by evaporation and epoxy sets thru a chemical process. If gluing raw wood I guess the solvents in E6000 could migrate into the wood but it may take a long time to fully cure.

2015年1月7日 · Originally, 'Gorilla Glue' was a specific brand of polyurethane glue. More recently, the brand has expanded to include a wide variety of adhesive products, including even duct tape! You said that the 'tube of Gorilla Glue' said it could be used 'just like E6000'.

If you read all the hype about it and its tensile strength you would say it a is a great product with tremendous adhering power. My opinion it is a craft makers glue for beading and small craft projects because it does dry quickly and as I said dries clear.

The only issue with Clear Gorilla Glue is that you must store it in the light, or it will yellow and deteriorate. Original Gorilla Glue and White Gorilla Glue are polyurethane, which foams.

2009年1月3日 · To Derek's question - I use an adhesive to attach the cover to the metal jar lid. Originally I used clear Borden's silicone sealer as an adhesive, but more recently I've been using E6000. I've also used polyurethane adhesive (Gorilla glue), but the squeeze-out can be messy. Epoxy also works.

2024年11月1日 · Anyone tried one of the oily glue types, like Tree Frog Glue, it's claimed to not stick skin, which would be an advantage to a messy bu@@er like me. If yes how did you get on and what brand did you use. I did try 3 different brands but either I was sold a fake product or it's identical to normal CA, including sticking skin.
