Chicago & North Western 515 is a 1953-built E8A passenger locomotive. It was initially used to pull intercity passenger trains and was later reassigned to service hauling trains of bi-level commuter cars from Chicago to its suburbs. It ended its regular service career with Metra.

CP train 245-09 has CP 8814-SOO 6024-CEFX 2797-AZER 6070 (SP painted E8A) and is currently stuck behind a big fire in Toronto. This should delay it sufficiently to see some daylight further west tomorrow morning.
