The electronic version of the Notice of Intention to Make a Service Contract and Response to Notice (Standard Form 98), referred to as the e98, provides agencies with the means to request a wage determination from the Department of Labor. In many cases, the requested wage category can be referenced and the system displays an answer immediately.
