2024年7月8日 · Does EAP help protect your job kinda sorta. Have a coworker that is still thinking about converting from a regular to possibly an ARC or sub due to some personal matters. She doesn’t really want to convert but if that’s her only option she is willing.

2021年7月6日 · EAP is a very helpful resource for you to be able to vent the atmosphere in which we work. I’ve used often due to very scenario you speak of. BUT, and a big BUT, people do not understand the job of a rural carrier and the stress we work under. It will take many sessions and that’s if you receive a good therapist.

2022年2月13日 · I cannot answer this because I’ve never experienced using EAP on the clock however whatever amount of time that first session takes you on the clock is what you should be paid. Whether it’s an hour whether it’s 30 minutes whether it’s an hour and 45 minutes. The total time should be paid on an 8127 in the entirety.

2025年3月21日 · All the comments are correct. Itll be pretty soon at step 4 evaluation assuming the mgmt side isnt backlogged, Usually 4-6 weeks is fairly normal in these types of cases. A first time offence, they probably got about a 60/40% chance of going back to work....I would also recommend he/her do EAP, and get counseling for alcoholism.
