EBF ID# Lookup As a Benefits Administrator you may have the need to lookup members' ID numbers. The following tool is to assist in obtaining the EBF Subscriber ID for your members. Note: The presence of an ID number is not definitive proof of eligibility for benefits.

Click on "Lookup your EBF ID" on the page and a popup form should appear to retrieve your number. You can then create an account and have cards emailed to you, print a card, or have cards sent to you.
