2022年9月12日 · Entrance to the raid requires Heroic Key to the Focusing Iris (10- or 25-player) or Key to the Focusing Iris (10-player). These are acquired from the quests The Key to the Focusing Iris and The Heroic Key to the Focusing Iris which drop from Sapphiron in 10- and 25-player Naxxramas.

1) Enter the Naxxramus raid and kill the Sapphiron boss to get the Focusing Iris drop. 2) Then take it to the top of the Wyrmcrest Temple in Dragonblight to turn it in to Alexstraza and be imbued w/the ability to use the focus.
