2012年10月10日 · Personally, I generally find EQ bands more confusing than helpful, and always love to see pre-sets (gasp! egads!). I guess I just don’t have the patience that EQ bands demand for tinkering.

2009年12月25日 · Well, the way you’re using the eq, turning down the higher freq bands rather than simply boosting the low freq band, should actually improve battery life. The flaw in the diagrams is that there is usually overlap between the bands causing peaks and valleys in the frequency response curve, which IMO is something to be avoided.

2011年1月22日 · At least the excellent EQ should let you compensate for the slight difference you hear…although it may involve changing up some frequency bands from their stock settings. I only need about 2 hours max play time between charges most of the time, 4 hours tops.

2008年10月7日 · The EQ adjustment on the Clip (and Fuze), in general, you should only use it to compensate for subpar headphones. It definitely drops the volume when you use the Custom settings, at any rate. I almost always use the normal setting (perfect for KSC-75’s) The only preset that’s good is the Jazz mode, as several have mentioned.
