CEPALSTAT is the gateway to all the statistical information of Latin America and the Caribbean countries collected, systematized and published by ECLAC. Creates and processes hierarchical databases from censuses, surveys, vital statistics and other sources for local, regional, and national analyses; produces thematic maps.

ECLAC includes 46 member States (20 in Latin America, 13 in the Caribbean and 13 from outside the region), and 14 associate members which are various non-independent territories, associated island countries and a commonwealth in the Caribbean.

Data and statistics portal with more than 100,000 resources available in all formats. Access over 44,000 original publications produced since 1950 and various sites dedicated to monitoring specific policies. Technical assistance to states and all types of activities for the general and specialized public.

2023年12月12日 · In this first stage, the Platform includes an interactive map, which features 258 cluster and other territorial productive articulation initiatives from the region that have been georeferenced and characterized, corresponding to more than 40,000 businesses in 8 countries. The Platform also provides access to publications, events and relevant news.

The project was commissioned by the ECLAC (United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean) and consisted of a map viewer for its REDATAM webserver software, for 4 types of data: segregation, mobility, migrations and general indicators.

ECLAC, which is headquartered in Santiago, Chile, is one of the five regional commissions of the United Nations.
