2022年8月19日 · I miss my '95 eg so much. Red EX coupe. Poured about $10k of performance mods into it between 2000 and 2005. It was stolen and stripped in 2008. I will always remember that car fondly. Can't find one in half decent condition around here for a reasonable price. Started a 2013 Si build last year instead.

2018年8月13日 · EG- typically referring to the 92-95 hatch models. EK - refers strictly to the 96-00 hatch models. EJ - technically, this can be used to refer to the coupes from either 92-95/96-00, but people incorrectly refer to the 96-00 coupes as “EK coupes”. Also, some people call the 92-95 coupes as “EG coupes,” which is incorrect.

2024年4月14日 · EG was a chassis code used most notably for 92-95 hatches sold in Japan. However, unofficially the term EG is used as a blanket shorthand for any 5th generation Civic since it's much shorter to type. Similarly, 4th Gen Civics are often called EF and 6th Gen Civics are called EK regardless of their actual chassis codes.

2022年10月8日 · It's the rawness of the eg I think! that makes them so fun, and the silly low seating position too, I remember pulling a eg into the workshop afew years ago and thinking - its like a greenhouse in here compared to most modern cars with chunky pillars! - the field of view is brilliant! Which can also be confidence inspiring

The blista kanjo is nearly identical to an ek hatch. This new one is interesting because it's designed like the eg coupe. What's odd to me is the eg body style wasn't available in Japan as a coupe w/ trunk. Only sedan and 2dr hatchback.

2015年8月19日 · For a hatch I prefer the EG. It has the cool tailgate and I think it's just a better looking hatch. For a coupe I prefer the EK, especially the 99-00. The roofline on them is pretty much perfect to my eyes.

2021年4月14日 · It's a 2007 coupe ex with automatic transmission. I've read so many differing things about which parts I can get off of other civics. Some things I've read are: All 2006-2011 parts are interchangeable as long as it is sedan to sedan and coupe to coupe. Some sedan parts can fit into the coupe it just depends on the part.( Never mention which ones)
