We are delighted to announce that Ellie has smashed out a brilliant result at the State Championships in Sydney. Still only 7, Ellie has finished 20th overall in NSW for the 8 years girls 50m Freestyle! The roof lifted off classrooms at WPS as her schoolmates cheered her on watching the livestream. Warialda Public School was established in 1851, making it amongst the oldest in the state. The school services the township of Warialda and the surrounding rural areas in the Gwydir Shire. Its student population is 182, with more than half of the students travelling to school by bus.
